“This property is amazing! The perfect find and exactly what you'd expect from a quaint B&B. The owners and staff (Dave) are super friendly. Comfortable rooms with direct access to outdoor patios/sitting areas. Very clean and well kept. And a delicious, homemade breakfast in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 10+++”

“We stayed in the house that is away from the property but we absolutely loved it! Great location and very close to downtown. The employees were super nice and we really enjoyed the stay!”

“Nice room for a good price”

“Fantastic stay, Tommy & Nicole were excellent hosts. Beautiful property steeped in history and wonderfully restored. Breakfast was great.”

“The hosts were very hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Loved staying at the Delta Street Inn. Would highly recommend.”

“This small but quaint hotel was delightful. We were traveling late and were able to book via Expedia. We arrived at 11pm, they were waiting for us so they could lock up (key access only) so we felt very safe which helped with a good nights sleep.”

“Nice, quiet place.”

“The property was all that you would want to see in a historic home, but with a modern touch. Don’t forget to take the trolley tour, which includes a historic deep dive into the history of this home. The food was excellent in flavor and portion as it was served on an exquisitely preserved table. The garden was beautiful as well! Anyone that comes into town should stay at this bed-and-breakfast because it is only a block from the central downtown area.”

“Place was great. Communication was wonderful. Hope they will has us back”

“Property was exactly as listed. Had a little confusing with payment because the property takes direct payment, but the host walked us through that and had us taken care of before our stay arrived! It is off the beaten pass slightly, but the area is secure and worth it!”

“Very comfortable room. Also very quiet.”

“We loved it!”

“Normally I don't leave reviews because I hate to say anything bad. The house is beautiful and the prices were good. The problem was I am deathly afraid of roaches and there was 9 dead ones and 1 live one in the tv room, big ones. At least they were dead. But there had to have not been a clean up at some point for that many to be in that room. Personally if it was me I would fire whoever the cleaners are. Just saying. Underneath my bed was a hanger and some boards that must have been the bed...

“Peaceful and quiet little weekend getaway! Close to shopping and restaurants!”

“Very clean, spacious, lots of historic relics. Amazing pizza place 2 blocks over! Convienent location to historic downtown. One thing that was missing were televisions the home had none, which made it hard with a toddler. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had.”

“This was an amazing stay just really wish we could have spent more time in the piece and tranquility of this amazing location”
